The word used was dishonest. Procedurally they may have screwed the pooch and on the surface it looks like a timing issue on intent and cart before the horse stuff. Yes something was done incorrectly but nothing dishonest.

I think you are exaggerating the facts "......there may even be follow up legal issues,". Either say their will be legal action not may be, or could be, or should be, but will be and state the legal reasons why this should happen or don't say anything at all - otherwise you are just speculating and guessing and trying to inflame the issue.

There's been no real reaction in the market so we will see how this plays out. The only thing extra to say it's just more unnecessary work and added expense for DLS.

Just need to wait and see how this plays out now.
