Agree g12m0, I'd go to on market now. MHR offer is at 28.5c and the DLS offer is now at 33.9c. DLS has lots of cash now. Need to close this issue quickly if permit is really worth it? DLS gets a chance to review it's offer. How is this protecting the AQO shareholders? Wow, makes me want to join Takeovers Panel - they do great work there...
