    I don't see why you necessarily stand to benefit g12m0.

    Nothing is guaranteed, both Magnum and DLS could walk away (albeit I suppose a small chance).

    Also, AQOs current SP is now above both current T/O offer prices...

    Anyway, we will see what unfolds.
