    Why would anyone want to sell into the Magnum offer? You'll get an fx investment that is not easy to liquidate and you'll also crystallise a CGT bill. Moreover, the offer is now inferior to that of DLS. The quicker the Takeover Panel make a call here the better we'll all be. I see DLS winning the day, we'll move on, and the SP will grow accordingly.
