Agreed Cabbie it's all semantics, I just look at the Yahoo data which suggested MHR close last night was at $7.13.
My point is that with the offers being so evenly matched I can't see the MHR offer attracting many AQO holders, especially given the complications (or perception of complications) from dealing with overseas stock. MHR needs to have a premium to overcome this fact. I also view it as more high risk given the debt levels.
