I learnt all the in-and-outs takeover rules when ACN were taken over and duly forgot them again. One thing I learnt from that experience was that DLS know how to play hard ball. I was not a happy chappy. At least with Magnum interested now, I stand a better chance of getting a price I am happy with. I think Magnum will need to raise their bid and make it cash if they are any hope of 50% or more now.
