Been wondering the same thing? Are DLS allowed to make on market purchases without revising their bid? Someone has been buying. Magnum or DLS?

20% is a large stake, and a big impediment for Magnum. Might end up with a situation where you have two companies with large stakes, say, 30% each. Wouldn't be a bad result really. Those who don't want DLS and Magnum shares retain direct exposure to AQO's valuable assets, and financing for developing the assets becomes less of an issue moving forward.
