20% is a large stake, and a big impediment for Magnum. Might end up with a situation where you have two companies with large stakes, say, 30% each. Wouldn't be a bad result really. Those who don't want DLS and Magnum shares retain direct exposure to AQO's valuable assets, and financing for developing the assets becomes less of an issue moving forward.
