Yep my mistake invertedva. If I were an AQO holder I'd defintely be wanting cash.
I still think you might be overstating the size and financial strength of Magnum Hunter. They are unprofitable and have a gigantic debt load. I doubt Magnum Hunter had budgeted for a $50Million cash outlay when they did that capital raising so it remains to be seen whether they can pay AQO holders in cash.
