I really don't think buisness decisions like a sell down of Scarborough are for a bigger dividend, nor do I believe or want WPL to pay out a special dividend to satisfy a minority of holders that get a rebate currently, I'd much rather they focus on growth. Once Senegal and Myanmar are in production they'll be eating into those franking credits to maintain a fully franked dividend.
