Hey all I'm still around even though I recently sold out for my own personnel reasons. One thing I seem to notice is that GRR pays the divy to just keep us SH at bay and probably gives them some holiday cash outside of China.

They hoard the cash as they would never do a capital raising as they the major share holder would have to dig the deepest and if they dont they loose their control over the company.

They want enough control to be in charge and care only about supply I/O for 30 years and running a profitable company, they care very little for the share price as it doesnt matter to them as they will hold for 30 years.

I highly doubt they will ever acquire another business or try and expand. They have what they want and their needs are simple.

When we had independent CEO's or MD's they clashed with the above because they cared about SP. But they didnt last long. The current board are prudent with funds they dont overpay in salaries and all in all it's a well run company.

Only problem is they dont care about SP and they have enough control of the company that it wont change.
