I suggest you go back and read his posts. They are not all based "PURELY on dividend". Agree with him or not, Stan has a view that the GRR is run solely for the benefit of the major shareholder and that capital management & dividend policies are fixed with its best interests in mind. He has been banging on about it for a year or more -- haven't you Stan?
