I suspect that's more rumour than reality. Because if indeed they are then it will either a very small acquisition (somewhere less than around $50m) so preserving the cash cushion or they'll need to raise equity (and clearly, they're hardly on a promotion train as we speak).
To be honest, I hope they don't because whilst they may not be fools, i'd not describe them as savy.
Also, I've heard that line before ... about 6 -> 8 months ago.
