@frader I don't disagree with much of what you say.
But, there's a difference between 'How you value a company' and 'What factors determine the sp'.
Also, there are two ROI's, Return on Investment and Return of Investment. One is more likely a factor in valuing a business and the other is a determining factor of sp.
And lastly and most importantly today, the sp is not 50cit's 22.5c
