everyone on this forum always said that a housing fall in Sydney and Melbourne might actually be beneficial to a business such as DHG.
i had my doubts but the doubters have appeared to be proven wrong and DHG holders appear to be now starting to laugh at the market misread IMHO.
change my sentiment from sell to buy and now hold. IMHO there is more of a rerate in DHG yet and the market overreaction to the downside might be severely punished.
