Geez this is hard to understand! So the big ticket item is they appear to be selling a proportion of a loss-making division generating little (no?) income to the US-listed vehicle cash box they control for up to $27m? Good if you can get it... Interesting that's for sure
Noticed there was a $2m acquisition (appears to be upfront component only reading between the lines) of a training business buried down on page 15 in Subsequent Events. Business appears to be Keystone Training - http://keystonetraining.com.au/ - Was this announced and I just missed it?? Can't find it anywhere. Strange... Does this involve the Intueri business?
