Reaping the rewards for holding a monopoly, people need to travel
Interestingly, when I was comparing AIA to SYD I discovered Auckland airport owned the land they're on compared to Sydney who are only leasing it. Furthermore, with another airport under construction in West Sydney it'll be interesting to see if SYD.ax acquires that also. Justifiably, I took Auckland since I see it as a better long-term, defensive monopoly with steady gains.
