Cyrene 1 is MAYBE your only drill this yr, the rest of the projects are in planning stage and are nowhere near ready and at least 12/18 mths off drilling. Do you think that ridding off the BRU success is going to keep the SP up even if you pass all these resolutions and have another 170m + shares active on the market.

Dilution is a proven factor of reduced stock value and if you believe that it wont change things, good luck to you.

This is is the 1st of many to come so how many more shares will come onto the market of CM and co feeding their mates of these cheap CRs and KEY SHERs will be ignored from them. If KM is influenced by dad then you may as well change your name to EGO 2 and suffer their misery of the past.

Dont be blind to the fact that CM is a saviour to the dying KEY. What you have now preserve it with SHER strength, dont let it dwindle to dust. Just keep the board in check and tell them that SHERs own the company and not the board as it does. CM is no Mr Squeaky Clean guy as some believe. His links with the UK connection are very dubious and watch this space for more.
