MKO up about 65% year to date which is pretty god by any standards.

I am only new to this stock and still wading through the dynamics ....the sale to IRC looks cheap on the surface but better to let them get on with the development if MKO have other priorities.

Note that MR owns around 40% of IRC.

Lots of action with EAR of late with MR and like minded investors seeming to be gaining control.

How the MKO / EAR situation plays out is yet to be seen ....there could be some concern that EAR shareholders may get a better deal than MKO shareholders in any marriage or JV deal etc.

I am sure there are others on the thread that have a much better insight than me.
