I disagree here.

What is their core business? The don't even know themselves.
They just sold their best asset (the only one that made a decent profit according to the last HY report) at a very cheap valuation (2-3 times EBITDA, 4-5 times net profit I guess).

They are just desperate and hope the millions from the sale will last them trough the cycle. It was the only asset they could have sold for a decent buck.
