company is silent on any efects that the past and current situation in Japan had on values and income.
I have been an investor in AJA for more than 3 years and can say that most of the income ( if not all) has been negated by slide in SP.
So the yield is only an illusion, any money I got as distributions were negated by loss on capital.
This is a dog, and becoming a tired all dog. And we know what happens to old dogs, they die.
The only hope for me now is a takeover by someone who wants to add some Asian property to their portfolio, or merger with some strong fund that has a bit of support in the market.
