So we will get our distribution in due course, 20c instead of originally promised 22.5c, due to the institutional issue and subsequent share dilution which resulted in same amount of money now being shared by more units.

I am pleased that AJA is not proceeding with Distribution Reinvestment Plan on the forthcoming payout.

I am against any further dilution. I am convinced that even if the additional funds raised were used used fully to pay down debt, there would not be increase in distribution payout to the extend to improve the dividend yield.

DRP scheme proposed was much to rubbery, mentioning discounts to current SP of up to 10% without actually guaranteeing even 1%. The feeble attempt to suck more money without offering any guidance to what the money is for, how it would affect the present position and situation financially and likely impact on future distributions left me wondering if the management has any ideas themselves.

Less than impressive, IMO, starting to resemble straw clutching.
