on 11/12/18: Ellume has signed a significant dealwith
pharmaceutical giant GSK for digital consumer products (
focus on respiratorycare), ahead of a potential market listing.
Another deal will be signed with another company within next month ina different healthcare space. Ellume’s pipeline products: influenza,Respiratory Syncytial Virus, Group A Streptococcus, Chlamydia.
The announcement by Ellume with GSK is far more exciting than the Chinese deal.
The chinese deal is still looking for companies that will develop a lateral flow assay and maybe, hopefully use AnteoBind within it.
The announcement is so far away from actual money its not funny ! It is months and months until and a deal is done to develop a product, not sell a working version !
Anyway. Its the ellume deal that is where the action is.
I want to hear from the company (ADO!) where we fit in here. Is GSK planning on working with the quantum dot technology ?
Are we(ADO) still apart of the quantum dot technology ?
How many units do they anticipate potentially selling ?
What sort of percentage of this will ADO receive ? If no percentage, when will this be negotiated ?
Is there any sort of pricing around conservative numbers to offer going forward ? Just hoping. It would be a miracle if we got actual numbers from ADO on anything around actual sales.
But the market has been hearing about agreements and agreements for years and years that have never shed any light whatsoever on sales numbers. So don't 'expect' any now, but it would be nice for a change.
