Like you, I'm dismayed at how they handle their capital raisings, although I'll not make any personal comments. Time and again, whatever the variation on the theme, their under-sized raisings send the share price lower and when the share price starts to recover there's another undersized raising, so the stock is always perceived as trading cum raising.

That strategy alone, despite all their great work in the field, suggests the company may never achieve its potential, which is incredibly disappointing given its (as you rightly describe) three really high potential projects.
