Had a look back.
From the announcement that STO had farmed into 323-330 10/6/11, through to Weekly Progress report 13 9/7/13 OXX is free carried through Winchester. No mention anywhere that I can find of a 'cap' or contribution from OXX.
It was Progress Report 12 2/7/13 where they told us that they were going to plug back and drill S/T.
Then Progress 14 16/7/13 when they are wireline logging and at 3730m, OXX says that they are going to contribute 5m to drilling the 6 3/4" hole to look at the lower intervals.
Unless it was something that was always in the 'fine print', I wonder what brought about the 'change of heart'? What twisted Geoff's arm? It wouldn't be like him to be going soft in his old age wouldn't it?

Early days yet but got a good feel about it. Really hope these 'lower intervals' come in.
