BUR will be offering up to 250,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.02 per Share to raise up to $5,000,000. BUR may accept oversubscriptions of up to a further $1,000,000 (equalling a maximum further issue of 50,000,000 Shares at $0.02 per Share) under the Offer.
