I agree EBITDA has little relevance to AKK at present. To suggest otherwise would suggest a poor understanding of the measurement ... but it was raised and so discussed for relevance.
Like I said I happen to know 2 of the others personally so IMO there's a big difference.
Too often the non-holder chestnut is played. It should not matter. Confirmation bias is rife anyway. All we can do as posters is maybe even up the information asymmetry to move the understanding in our favor.
