Further to my previous post...it would not hurt investors in
current environment to take an "holistic" view of oil market
as we all know it in terms of any 'cyclical" short term variations..
To be sure..with the industrialised.." West".. consuming around
somewhere between 30-60 barrels of oil/day on a per capita basis
you may ask where would that leave the price of oil if all of a sudden
China..with around 8 barrels/day pcc..and India with around
3 barrels/day pcc. decided to join the " West"....at at least 30 bls/day
per capita consumption..surely there would not be enough oil to go
around.??...but maybe .. at around $200 plus/barrel..
So longer term oil prospects on above criteria..look very good..
Further.. any Co. like AAK that has been structured on an
operating basis with internal rates of return of around 70%..
at around $40-$50 oil...cannot really lose...in medium/ long term
Cheers
