Issue of 873,040,000 options as freebies after a CR in April? Where did that get us? Could the BOD not get approval beforehand?
It appears that Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan is working for free this FY and next - no forecast remuneration for either FY?
Would rather lose my remaining 10%.
