BKP Called a General Meeting to Replace 3 Directors today and they are up 300% , Not sure why this caught my attention !!.

14th June 2018 NOTICE RECEIVED UNDER SECTION 249D OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.17A, Baraka Energy and Resources Ltd (ASX: BKP) (BKP or Company) advises that on 14 June 2018 it received a notice under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Notice), from shareholders who hold approximately 5.19% of the Company’s ordinary shares between them, requisitioning that a general meeting of the Company be held within 2 months of the date of the Notice. The request for a meeting was made by shareholders GTT Global Opportunities Pty Ltd, Syracuse Capital Pty Ltd , Syracuse Capital Pty Ltd , Murdoch Capital Pty Ltd , Mounts Bay Investments Pty Ltd and Hustler Investments Pty Ltd, for shareholders to consider the following proposed items of business:  the appointment of Mr Jason Paul Brewer, Mr Christopher Jan Zielinski and Mr Patrick Michael Glovac as directors of the Company; and  the removal of Mr Collin Vost, Mr Justin Vost and Mr Ray Chang as directors of the Company.
