    Let's see if I read this correctly,...

    IF the raising is oversubscribed (i.e. $4.2M raised before costs), you get:
    1. IOG asset acqusition
    2. $200K spent on "additional drilling" ... to what exactly was scheduled already
    3. $200K spent on "additional seismic" ... to what exactly was scheduled already?
