I've been happily accumulating in the $1.01 -$1.03 range.
I wasn't a holder of the options, but to be able to buy the heads on market in the $1.01 to $1.03 range is close enough to the $1.00 options exercise price for me.
Structure is now a lot cleaner with the options out of the way, and the share price is still way under NTA.
