Ann: Disclosure Document - Cleansing Prospectus, page-3

I never knew what these were either until I invested in CHP a few years ago, nothing to be concerned about as they are a regular occurrence with CHP!! Just means they have to disclose about the raise as if it were like a prospectus for an IPO or similar, they still have to give the usual "this is not investment advice , Key risks" etc

Not going to raise anything from this prospectus, but need the former raisings to comply with ASX by issuing a prospectus.

Pretty sure that how it works, should know by now as have seen a few of these from CHP in the last few years...
