They'll be looking for $5M funding Gap before the 26mth clock starts (or at least sales projections to cover Co. Costs and FDA trial period). 26mts if all goes well, more if not - but if VG trial proves a tearaway sucess there is an accelerated path.
Do they have a US based marketing crew in mind?
