amount of shares they gave themselves? you obviously have an infants understanding of how taking a company from private to public works.
to spell it out, they initially owned 100% of the shares when it was private, to list on the asx they gave away approx half the company and now the owners hold the remainder.
basically how every IPO has ever gone which initially started out as private.
the fact that people still do not understand this is so far beyond me
