Is no one going to make the leap that as each director is escrowing 400million of 436odd million shares, 72 million shares are thus up for grabs? Preferably off-market but if market price improves they could be sold there is another subtext I see in this announcement. Seems like it’s a feeler for any interested parties, rather than a statement of the long term goals of the company. If it does go in an off-market trade at a higher price, then I’d expect the sp to follow pretty closely. Interesting times.
