    and if it was CAZ, sure they didn't just decide to sell, and if it was up for sale for a little while why didn't mgt facilitate sale to, say PXSteel

    If I was the PXSteel exec responsible for paying 20c I'd be pissed if mgt is filling there own pockets at 11-12
