A part of Peregrine Capital, WWI's advisors - named on most of WWI's ASX releases.....
Noting this guy was also 'awarded' (well approval given for a prior issue) millions (2.5m from memory) of free options at the recent AGM.

implementing management decisions."
If so, nice little pay day there timmo!
I also note Michael Q (afaiaw) is the sole executive director of WWI and is the Executive Chairman to boot.
