Considering that this, my tiny company, (because I'm a shareholder) 1. has no debt, 2. owns an oil field with oil in it, 3. has a market cap of ~ $8.4 million (am I close?) 4. is producing oil, 5. will soon be producing more oil, 6. the price/bbl of oil now has all the right conditions to pretty much assure higher prices 7. has the confidence of someone to give him a quid in a placement 8. still has the formation below the pierre to drill and test, I'm going to support the capital raising and punt that my reasoning is O.K. I deliberately left out anything that could be detrimental because I feel I shouldn't bag my company. Quietly waiting for Xmas.
