    looks like the Aussie directors is cleaning up the board and taking back control.

    now it is just Jiameng Zhang, Simon Lill, Neil Sheather sitting on the board and Lifang Zhang as joint company secretary.

    i can see changes is coming.

    my guess, the next board appointment will be a local Chinese working in the footwear industry align with Neil & Simon.
