There is no requirement to have more than three directors. Two Aussie Independnts with control over one Chinese Executive Director is perfect.

The independants have access to the auditor so one would have to think that no news on that front is good news.

The independent directors should install a CFO who is independent of JZ and loyal to them to keep an eye on the day to day Then we would have a well governed company.
