    Upthehill Walkabout Resource are transitioning towards effective corporate governance....At this stage I am not aware of an Aim listing where additional equity may be required to achieve that goal...

    Should a new independent director be appointed the roll of marketing should be split...To be effective they can not be one and the same..IMO
