Hmm he's the MD as well as a board member so very significant, he was the "well credentialed" one, this may have been one of the reasons for the SP slide.
The tailings strategy did to me to seem a distraction from the main game, much better to raise some cash and keep drilling in my opinion rather than diddle around mining some stockpiles for a few months.
