Um you can not be managing director if you have resigned as a director... just saying with respect... Anyway, I do take this as a positive, MS founded this coy if I am not wrong and owns over 8 million shares through his family trust plus some other minor holdings.  I am sure that something is brewing in the background.  The land is a fantastic location, there may be some M&A activity going on.  I would love NST to take us over.. 10c cough cough
