    WOW. Yes this is out of the blue. Personally, i am sorry to see Matt leave the company after so long.

    Having said that I am aware that there were elements of the MD role that he always found frustrating. I think he would have preferred to focus on the geology/exploration side of things.

    Interested to see what direction TNR takes from here?
