Mr Kerr was was the only director holding CTN, now with his resignation none of the board are shareholders in the company. Alignment of interests? Never heard of it.
That said, there's some buying going judging by the volumes in the last 3 days. Doubt it's the wilson companies as the NTA discount is too low at the moment, so something's brewing behind the scenes. I'm getting to the age where i dont take surprises that well, so i used the volumes to sell half my holding. Plenty of other opportunities around these days.
