I wonder what the now ex chairman/ex director Mark Kerr thinks...

I wonder what the now ex chairman/ex director Mark Kerr thinks about the position he adopted in the lead up to the EGM vote last March to remove and replace the existing CTN directors.

Then chairman Kerr abstained from making any recommendation to shareholders, either for or against the change of directors. When I spoke to him on the phone before the vote, I understood him to have told me that he was adopting that position on "legal advice".

It may be water under the bridge now, but I am still curious as to what was the circumstance that prevented him, as an independent chairman, from making a recommendation.
