it contains a lot of information which I would consider market sensitve (particularly now the SP is at 3c). Some items I think that are very relevant and have not been disclosed previously to the market include:

1. now focussed on a smaller 300ktpa startup at Kanzi in early 2015, capex c.$30m (not bad if we only end up with 50%, MNB share c.$15m, assuming our partner has the other half...hmm doubtful)

2. says they are hedged to a max 10% govt participation at Kanzi through side agreement (seems to be a lot in this side agreement, hard to believe the board had never seen it)

3. stragic partner now expected in Q2

4. JORC upgrades still in expected Q1 (bit silly to put this in given they released this in April)

5. finally a timetable re development of each project (a lot later than previously thought, though I guess that happens when you sit on your hands for 12 months, Cacata has an increased focus once again)
