I disagree. He would have a lot on his plate being a director with Robust Resources and that will be a huge undertaking as the project gets bigger. There is only 24 hours in a day, you can't do everything. IFE and TRF have a lot of expertise taken care of already with the other directors and managers, so there is probably not as much for him to do there.
