RCF are not silly. Why on earth would they sell down their PEN shares when it is their only uranium holding they also own convertible notes in?
RCF only recently extended this note for 2 years at conversion price of 40c, yes 40c. Why on earth would they do this when they could have just asked for their money back and forced PEN to raise capital to pay them out.
